Warranty

Basic warranty conditions

The basic warranty period against material or manufacturing defects is 2 years from the date of delivery to our end customers. It is standard for all Trimos products and accessories.

Warranty extension

For each instrument family, you have the possibility to choose a warranty extension:

Premium Warranty: 1 year extension (full warranty = 3 years)
 
Platinum Warranty: 2 year extension (full warranty = 4 years)

Conditions:
– Ordering the warranty extension is possible up to 6 months after the invoice date,
– Only instruments are covered by the extended warranty. Accessories, PCs, batteries, keyboards,
handles and software are excluded.
