A First Step Toward a Shared Quality Culture

We’ve just wrapped up our very first Quality Month, a powerful moment of learning, connection, and discovery designed to bring new meaning to quality in our everyday work.

Over several weeks, all our teams took part in six interactive workshops blending learning, play, and reflection:

• Exploring Our Product Ranges – gaining deeper insight into our expertise and unique know-how.
• Quality Quiz Challenge – revisiting the fundamentals of quality in a fun, competitive format.
• Risk Race – working together to spot potential risks and strengthen our collective vigilance.
• Cost of Non-Quality Workshop – understanding the real impact of those “small” deviations that can make a big difference.

This month was an opportunity to share, get involved, and reinforce a simple truth: quality doesn’t happen on its own—it’s something we build together.
